So glad I gave this diffuser a try. Couldn’t be any happier. I am very particular about what goes in my car and how anything smells. Here is my take on this product, unbiased & unpaid:- The shell is built solid without unnecessary or large lettering- looks and feels premium.- it has a good weight to it fully assembled- stays in place without rattling/ shifting- Very well designed - AMAZING space age look which matches the intrigue of a Tesla - fits in the styling and sleek look of interior.- It has worked flawlessly for the time I’ve had it. Doesn’t need to stay wired all the time and portable in placement.- you can literally see the mist when it sprays.- Great premium scent ( cologne) - makes the vehicle feel and smell even more premium. Long lasting scent.- works exactly as advertised; shuts off when it doesn’t sense vibrations of a moving car.CONS:- Be careful when inserting the scent bottle. Recommend lowering the body on the bottle ( not warned in the instructions)- or else half the liquid will spill out when the hard wick shell on the body pushes the secure rubber stopper on the scent bottle like in my case. And it’s oily.- The charging port gets shifted up when you do the above, and gets blocked by the metal body of the container. If that happens, unscrew bottom and the scent bottle, and pull down the wick shell that inserts into the bottle, then reassemble. Simple. Spill little more in process. But.. half a bottle should go a relatively long time probably. We shall see!!Overall, product and scent are premium. I am impressed versus many others ( some with heavy and/ or weird scents that longer and end up smelling quite unpleasant after vehicle sits in the hot sun for some time)… not this one. Wow! I love this product! It is great! It comes in 3 modes: low, strong, and smart! Keep it on smart mode. When you open your car moments later, you're treated to a puff of aroma! I was a bit skeptical about buying a smart air freshener even though I love smart devices, but turned it worked great! Every time I turn on the car (while the air freshener is in the smart mode), it sprays a bit and it is quite pleasant. I’ve owned this diffuser for a few days now. I have been back and forth on whether I’ll return it or not. The smell is amazing but it lacks longevity even at the “strong” setting. I believe the price is excessive considering there are many duplicates on the market. However, even with all the negatives, this diffuser is “smart, elegant, and intelligent.” It makes my car smell great and all I have to do is turn it on once and forget about it until it’s time to charge again. No other brand has as many scents as this company and the customer service seems to be responsive thus far. Will update my review if anything changes. Read more

I have been trying for several car air fresheners, but this works like a champ. The price was high when I saw it, but I decided to buy it anyway. When I use it for several weeks, the price is WORTH it. I have the cologne scent, which smells very pleasant, but the after smell is not good, and I am on the quest to discover many more scents from the company :). The device itself is easy to operate. This smart car freshener has an intelligent feature that will go into idle mode if no vibration is detected for more than 7 minutes. IT JUST WORKS. I have waited one month to test the product before writing the review, and I see that the intelligent mode works fabulous. I usually go home around 7 PM, and the device is idle until 9 AM. I thought it turned off by itself, but once I sat in the car, it detected it right away and did its job. And the battery is not the problem in this case. I am in the fourth week of using this. I turned it on permanently but have not charged it ever since. If you are looking for a car freshener, please give this a try. It will not disappoint you. Read more

The media could not be loaded. This is the best air freshener I have purchased. I was a little skeptical (as I normally an when buying anything for the first time from an Amazon seller), but let assure you, you will be happy with the purchase.The product has weight to it, it looks and works with high quality. Even the packaging feels higher class. I've attached a video and a couple pics. This model is a nebulizer and puts out a little spritz at an automated frequency, with the first being as soon as it detects you open your door so the car is always smelling good everytime you get in! Also, it does not continue spraying when you leave the car, saving the perfume. You can place it in any cup holder you want. I keep it down near my feet as not to distract me, but anywhere works. I will warn that my wife says it bothers her asthma when it's right in her face (hence why I put it at our feet).You also have the option to keep it plugged in (usb c) or simply charge and run off batteries for a while. The scents are really nice, so far I've only used Cologne and bamboo forest (I prefer the bamboo). They are strong but not over powering. The pic of the Cologne bottle is with 2 months of use (on smart/auto mode). I drive 2 hours a day. So I'd say 80 hours or so used up a third of the bottle. One should last you six months I'd estimate.Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase. The support is also very good, as is the warranty. Go ahead and get one. I recently purchased a car diffuser from CEENIU and my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite diligently following the user manual, including regular cleaning of the spray port with a cotton swab as recommended, the product's performance has been consistently poor.After just 6 weeks of use, the mist output is non-existent, rendering the diffuser ineffective. Dishearteningly, my attempts to seek assistance from the customer support team have only added to my disappointment. Despite providing all necessary information, including the date of order and order number, the customer support team insisted on further verification, even though my 1-year warranty had already been accepted and activated simultaneously.The so-called "hassle-free solutions" promised in their quality assurance statement have proven to be nothing more than empty words. The unprofessionalism displayed by the customer support team in hesitating to process a refund is disconcerting.I had hoped for a quality product and reliable customer service, but Ceeniu has failed to deliver on both fronts. This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I would not recommend to buy this as is just a waste of money (poor quality)and very unprofessional after sales customer service as they are not willing to find a solutions.
